Guy M. Roth is a Broker/ Owner of Better Homes and Garden Real Estate Big Hill. Guy has a degree in Real Estate and Urban Analysis from The Ohio State University. He specializes in Residential and Commercial Real Estate sales.
Guy has been selling Real Estate in the Greater Dayton area for over 30 years. He has and is serving on the local board of Realtors (DABR) as a Director, and as a Trustee at the State of Ohio board of Realtors (OAR).
Guy has a clear and comprehensive knowledge of the local, state and national markets and further educates himself everyday. He is well known in his market for his experience, trustworthiness and attention to detail.
Guy is a sales leader in his company and Board of Realtors, and receives annual awards for his production volume. He was selected as the DABR Broker/Owner of the year in 2000, and serves the public on the DABR Professional Standards and Grievance Committees.
Guy comes from a Real Estate family, with his father having been a builder and Realtor, two brothers whom are partners with him in Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Big Hill and his wife Susan, who is a mortgage loan officer.
Guy plans his market strategy with client needs being his number one priority.
